**** A Touch of Class: The mini hall named A Touch of Class is elegantly designed with beige-colored walls and soothing lighting. It made me feel like I was attending a glamorous Hollywood event, with its stylish decor and classy ambience. It was indeed a touch of class!

We enjoyed rooms with facilities.

I chose this hotel for attending a business conference because of its well-equipped conference room, which allowed me to conduct my meetings without any hindrance. The banquet manager worked diligently to ensure the success of my event. The hotel is the first choice for guests, colleagues, shareholders, and business partners.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and faxing facilities.

The room was neat here with comfortable bed. The location was exceptionally nice and decent - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. The service was excellent.

The property is excellently located if arriving by train. Cross the road and there you have it. There are some eateries and shops around if one prefers to snack outside. the staff are friendly and keen to help. Ask for new towels if you feel the ones provided look worn out. the rooms appeared to be new and were very comfortable, with tea and coffee facilities. the shower was excellent and the rooms were nice and quiet, if on the small side. Good value for money and ideal for our one-night stay. the bathroom and bedroom were very clean. Very good shower with hot water during the day. Sheets were changed every day by the very efficient cleaning staff. Staff were always friendly, especially the restaurant team, and the breakfast was great. Laundry service was excellent.

Liked Coimbatore, the hotel was modern and exceptionally comfortable in a nearby cafe. The staff were affable, good services. Units with comfortable bed. The breakfast was incredibly nice, the check in was quick.

The staff we met were quite rude.

I had a fabulous stay at a hotel opposite the railway station. The high-pressure shower in my room was like showering in waterfalls. The included breakfast was super yummy and high quality. The staff were friendly and suggested nearby interesting spots to visit. The only downside was the cost, but it was still worth it. I highly recommend this hotel.

the staff are amicable and incredibly nice and deserve a 3-star rating. i'm glad that getting wheelchair accessible room with great hot water rain shower, tea facilities plus comfortable bed was not a problem.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was right across from the train station. The staff was friendly and cooperative which made us feel very welcome. We were happy to find that the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and we had plenty of options to choose from.

Got a double room with comfortable bed, great hot water rain shower, tea and coffee facilities as expected. Location: the hotel was very close to railwaystation as well as the train station which was great for the early train to Mettapulyam.

Conveniently located near the railway station, this hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms with well-equipped bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a hot shower at any time of the day and can expect fresh sheets every day. The restaurant serves delicious breakfast dishes, and the cleaning staff is efficient and friendly. The AC and keycard lock add to the modern feel of the rooms.

The view from the room can be disappointing.
